Terms and Conditions of this contract: I authorize my credit/debit card to be charged
$299 when I start my subscription. I will be charged $99 automatically per month
starting in 30 days until the subscription is canceled. If my payment is returned
or declined, the BizTrack subscription will be deactivated within 48 hours. I can
manage my pay method, such as using a different card or bank account for billing
by opening a free PayPal account at PayPal.com. If my subscription is deactivated
for more than 60 days, I understand that I will have to pay the $299 set-up fee again
to reactivate my subscription. I agree to the above terms as evidenced by my digital
signature below.
